the shampoo was really low quality and the hairdryer could’ve been better, like, really? for such a fancy hotel? i woudl ve expected some frills. also, after sharing a breakfast table with strangers, i certainly thought a room upgrade would’ve been in order. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, honestly.

I had a wonderful stay at Vilnia. The location is superb, just steps from the Old Town and close to the beautiful Bernadine Garden. The room (116) was spacious, nicely decorated, and featured a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-lit, and the water pressure was excellent. Quick and trouble-free check-in made my stay seamless, and the option for housekeeping service by request aligns well with sustainable practices.
